2. DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER

– Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the contract is fully executed;
– Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Data Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Data Controller;
– Data collected based on the User’s consent may be retained until such consent is revoked;
– Data collected for tax/administrative obligations will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above and in accordance with the law, and in any case, for no longer than the period dictated by civil law regulations;
