EpoCAT FR1000/FR4000
The EpoCAT FR1000 / FR4000 board is a frequency/pulse train axis control board.
The board is compatible with the EtherCAT protocol. With a maximum output frequency of up to 1 MHz for the FR1000 and 4 MHz for the FR4000, it is ideal for both stepper motor applications and brushless motor applications driven by a pulse train. The board manages up to 5 frequency axes, 4 inputs, 2 outputs, 1 12-bit DAC, and 2 12-bit ADCs.
The board comes with all connectors and can be mounted on a DIN rail. Being an EtherCAT slave-compatible board, it can be used with any EtherCAT Master such as AxesBrain, LinuxCNC, CODESYS, or others.

- 1 differential (1 MHz for FR1000) and (4 MHz for FR4000)
- 2 positive single-ended (250 kHz)
- 3 negative single-ended (250 kHz)
- 5-CH 5V for enable/boost signals
- 5-CH DI 24V for motor drive OK
- 1-CH DI 24V for inverter drive OK
- 5-CH DI 24V for home switch
- 4-CH DI 24V for general use
- 5-CH DI fast input for motor index (Z)
- 5-CH DO 24V-200mA NPN for drive enable
- 1-CH DO 24V-200mA NPN for inverter enable
- 2-CH DO 24V-200mA NPN for general use
- 1-CH 12-bit analog output ±10V
- 2-CH 12-bit analog input 0 to +10V, 1 MΩ input impedance, high precision for measuring devices
- 1 5V output for precision switch
- 1 low current fast input for precision switch
